Xbox is getting a new feature for players who are the night owls, like to play in the dark or early hours in the morning. Well, that compromises most gamers for which Microsoft is coming up with the best feature of all time.
This week Microsoft has announced a new night mode setting, which will be tested this week.
Basically, the night mode feature will allow players to dim their screens in addition to adding filters to the display among other customizations. The feature is still in testing, however, so it will be a while longer before it is released across all consoles.
The Xbox Insider, an official Twitter account of the teams’ insiders, tweeted the latest insider update, commenting on the availability of Night mode for only the Alpha Skip-Ahead ring group. That means you can only access the night mode in the trial period if you are a part of that group.
The patch note above read that the night mode is only available in English for now and has many functions including dimming and filtering the screen, as well as controlling the LED brightness of the console.
An insider, known as Xbox News, took to Twitter and shared the night mode settings.
Well, you can access the new feature available for testing only if you’re part of the Alpha Skip-Ahead group, so try it out if you’re interested to see what it’s like. Although, if it’s not something that you are crazy for but something you’d like to have regardless, you can use it when it’s released for everyone.
