Resume your online gaming and download your favorite games again as PlayStation Network and online services have been fixed after having issues in accounts, socials, and PS Store, according to Sony’s status page.
PlayStation Network Outage
PlayStation Network experienced outages across all platforms which affected the console’s online gaming, video services, and the PlayStation Store. According to the official PlayStation Status tracker, PlayStation’s online services were down for around three hours, before that there’s no word on when they will resume.
PlayStation’s public social accounts have not addressed the outage for a while and neither they’ve provided an estimated time for a fix. Those who were trying to play something on your PlayStation system had to keep checking back. The only way to ensure that your digital library was playable offline is to set your console as ‘primary’ on PS4, or, on PS5, enable console sharing and offline play.
We can also confirm that the PlayStation Network was not working for gamers in the US, UK, Canada, while others in Asia are stating it’s working just fine.
Earlier today, the official Status page for PlayStation shows that services are having issues
Thanks to the efficient team, the issue is resolved. Happy Gaming!
