If you are trying to build your PC for the first time, we understand that things can get a little overwhelming. There are so many options to choose from, and deciding what’s best for you can be somewhat tricky. It becomes even harder when you are trying to build a rig around a budget of Rs 15,000.

Yes, there are builds out there that claim to get your PC built under just Rs 10,000, but here we are trying to get you a rig that not only performs well according to the budget but also gives you ample room to upgrade when you do have the cash.

So without further delay, here is the Rs 15,000 PC build

Case – Any generic case

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000Since you are building on a budget, it’s best to get a generic case for now since most gaming cases will eat up the resources of other components. A generic case will come around Rs 1000. Do try to judge if it’s not too small visually. Small generic cases will have ventilation problems and might not fit bigger cards when you decide to upgrade.

CPU – i3 2nd Generation

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000

For the CPU, we will be looking towards the i series. The i3 2nd generation processor will be perfect in this budget. Now there are many variants you’ll find of the i3 2nd generation processor, and generally, you’ll want to go with the more powerful ones. However, differences are minimal, so it won’t cause many problems if you can’t get the best.

Core i3-2100 3.1 GHz

Core i3-2102 3.1 GHz

Core i3-2105 3.1 GHz

Core i3-2125 3.3 GHz

Core i3-2130 3.4 GHz

Rs:2000

Motherboard – H61M – E/CS

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000

When it comes to the motherboard, we can save a lot of cash if we go with any generic motherboard. But the problem is that then your PC won’t be future proof, which means you’ll be losing in the long run. This is why we picked the H61M – E/CS as our motherboard choice as you can upgrade to a much better processor on this motherboard when you have the funds.

Rs 3000

Ram – Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600 HyperX

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000

RAM shouldn’t be a problem to find, and the Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600 HyperX Fury will be a perfect addition to your rig. You could go for another brand if you want to save more cash on the RAM. For now, we are sticking to 4GB of RAM, and although it’s quite less compared to the gaming requirements of 2020, we have a pretty tight budget right now. And besides, you can always upgrade your RAM later when you get the resources.

Rs:2000

HDD – Western Digital 320 GB HDD

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000

For storage, we’ll go with a Western Digital 320 GB HDD, which will be sufficient enough to install Windows and your favourite games.

Rs:1000

PSU – Dell/HP 350/400 W

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000

We’ll be picking either a Dell or an HP power supply. The power supply you’ll be looking for should be 350/400 W. Try to aim for a 400W PSU since that’ll help you create a more future proof build.

Rs:1000

GPU – GTX 750

Best Budget Gaming PC Build under Rs 15000

All of the components mentioned above will be covered in about Rs 10,000. You can even get these parts below 10k if you can find someone selling at a very good price. So this leaves us with about Rs 5000 for the GPU. The problem right now is that because of the lockdown, prices have gone way higher than before, so it’s recommended you wait till Eid al-Adha to get your GPU.

Regardless, even during this time of inflated prices, you can get a GTX 750, but you’ll need to strike a good deal. There are other cards you can go for but we’ll still recommend sticking to the card we picked as this is the best card you can get in this range.

So this completes our build for a budget PC under Rs 15,000. If you are looking to spend a little more, then check this PC build out.
