The latest Instalment in the internationally renowned FPS franchise Call Of Duty is the “Call Of Duty Cold War.


Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and Raven Software and published by Activision. It is the sixth instalment of the Black Ops series, and the seventeenth instalment in the overall Call of Duty series.

Despite the huge success of Call Of Duty 2019, Activision as per their yearly release schedule; this year they will release a soft reboot of Call of Duty Black Ops. Treyarch is responsible for the Black ops instalment so we can expect the game to live up to its predecessors as they have released some record-breaking titles.

This year activation stepped out of its comfort zone and didn’t officially release the teaser trailer or any information regarding the new game and made the fans find Easter eggs in call of duty warzone to find the clues leading to the teaser. They provided various codes and messages to the players, but no one was able to crack it, so Treyarch made it a bit easier by giving some hints. Finally, the code was cracked, and the site was unveiled which had the teaser trailer

What can we expect ?

The trailer consist of some clips of the cold war era and an interview of KBG defector Yuri Bezmenov, the official reveal is on August 26, and the warzone players will be able to view the trailer first hand as the reveal is said to be an in-game event. The game will release this year as Activision releases one game per year, like COD 2019 we can expect to see some familiar faces like Sgt Woods, Mason, CIA handler Hudson or even Reznov from the original Black OPS trilogy.
